In terms of structural design, Yigeli Mold specifically adopts the "**reinforced grid structure + rounded corner anti-damage design: The layout of the reinforcing ribs on the side walls and bottom of the box can enhance the load-bearing capacity (each box can be stacked up to 3-5 layers) and prevent deformation over time; The rounded corners on the edges reduce the risk of damage during transportation and also improve the safety of use. The cavity material is selected as 718h stainless steel that meets food-grade standards. It undergoes mirror polishing and passivation treatment, which not only eliminates plastic melt residue, ensuring that the interior of the box has no burrs or odors, but also reduces mold wear and extends the service life to over 400,000 mold cycles; It is equipped with high-precision guide columns and guide sleeves, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ≤ ±0.005mm, ensuring that the size of each box is uniform and compatible with standardized stacking and sealing cover assembly.
At the level of process optimization, Yigeli Moldis equipped with an efficient hot runner system and an intelligent temperature control module. It can precisely adjust the mold temperature (60-90℃) and injection pressure according to the box volume (5-30L), achieving uniform melt filling and controlling the wall thickness tolerance within ±0.15mm, avoiding the problem of easy cracking due to uneven wall thickness. At the same time, the inner wall of the mold is designed to fit the contour of the box with a spiral cooling waterway, increasing the cooling efficiency by 25% and significantly shortening the production cycle. It also has an automatic picking interface reserved, which can be seamlessly connected with the robot production line to meet the daily batch production needs of beverage enterprises of over 1,000 pieces.
