Children plastic short stool mold
The plastic children's low-seat mold is a specialized molding system developed specifically for children's body characteristics and usage scenarios. Such molds must meet the basic load-bearing requirements (usually ≥ 50kg), while also taking into account the safety, lightweight (single-piece weight controlled within 0.8 - 1.2kg), and fun design for children's use.
The mold design adopts a rounded corner safety structure, with all edges rounded to a radius of R ≥ 2mm. The surface of the cavity is formed with anti-slip textures through etching or sandblasting processes, with the friction coefficient controlled within the range of 0.4 - 0.6. The pouring system employs the three-point balanced injection technology to avoid the appearance of weld marks in the load-bearing area; the cooling system adopts a multi-layer loop design, shortening the molding cycle by 18% while ensuring dimensional stability.
