The three-plate mold structure with multiple parting surfaces ensures precise component separation, minimizing post-molding assembly requirements.
Designed with a sophisticated ejection system combining ejector pins and sliders, the mold incorporates specialized mechanisms for undercut features such as reinforcement ribs and pedal linkage slots. This ensures smooth demolding without surface damage or sticking. The resulting waste bins exhibit excellent impact resistance and weather durability, passing rigorous outdoor wear and corrosion tests for long-term use in -30°C to 60°C environments.
