Air Cooler Mold
The cold air blower mold is a specialized forming equipment for manufacturing key components of evaporative cooling equipment. Its core technology lies in achieving the integrated and precise forming of large and complex air duct structures, which directly affects the aerodynamic performance and energy efficiency of the entire machine.
Unlike conventional injection molds, the cold air blower mold needs to focus on solving the problems of flow balance and dimensional stability of large-sized shells during the forming process. The Yige Mold technical team ensures the optimal flow front of the melt during long-distance filling by adopting a multi-layer composite hot runner system and zone temperature control technology. For the complex vortex guiding structure inside the air duct, an original integrated system of air-assisted forming and slider sequential core ejection was developed to achieve efficient demolding while maintaining structural integrity.
In terms of mold structure innovation, the modular assembly design concept is adopted, decomposing dozens of functionally different flow control plates and water-blocking ribs structures into independent and precise modules, significantly improving the processing accuracy and maintenance convenience of the mold. The cooling system uses 3D printing conformal waterway technology to achieve efficient heat dissipation control in densely ribbed areas, reducing the molding cycle by more than 15%.
This mold adopts a special surface treatment process, making the forming components reach a Ra0.2 level mirror finish, effectively reducing wind resistance loss.
