Core design philosophy: Prioritizing performance and harmonizing contradictions
Traditional design aims to meet the requirements of shape and size, while modern high-end pipe fitting molds (such as those produced by Yige Mold) take key performance indicators such as pressure resistance, anti-rheological properties, and sealing reliability as the starting point for design. This requires resolving multiple contradictions:
The contradiction between flow balance and strength weakness: In complex pipe fittings such as elbows and tees, the mold precisely controls the fusion speed and pressure of the molten material at the intersection area through asymmetric hot runners or multi-stage injection procedures. This ensures that unavoidable weld lines are "guided" to areas with low stress and actively enhances their bonding strength.
The contradiction between rapid cooling and uniform contraction: The mold adopts a conformal variable-diameter cooling channel, that is, denser and stronger cooling circuits are deployed in the pipe wall thickness area (such as the socket part), while the cooling is reduced in the thin-walled area to achieve synchronous curing, minimizing residual stress and deformation, and ensuring the absolute roundness of the sealing surface.
The contradiction between complex demolding and efficient production: By integrating hydraulic sequential core-pulling and internal segmented spiral demolding and other composite mechanisms, complex internal cavities and threads can be demolded without damage within a compact space, optimizing the action time and production cycle to the utmost.
