• Functionally optimized structure based on topology optimization: The design of Yige molds goes beyond the traditional reinforcement layout. Through mechanical simulation, we designed bionic topological rib structures on the non-appearance surfaces of the basin body, achieving the most efficient material consumption ratio while maintaining the same rigidity, thereby directly providing customers with a material cost advantage.
Zero-defect ejection and flawless surface: To address the challenge of deep cavity ejection for bathtubs, we developed an air-liquid linkage combined ejection system, which was seamlessly integrated with high-precision mirror polishing or customized etching patterns. This ensures a smooth and seamless ejection every time, resulting in a flawless product surface and pushing the stable yield rate to over 99.8%.

Our manufacturing is based on a complete closed-loop process chain. Using high-quality pre-hardened mold steel, five-axis high-speed milling and precise electrical discharge machining ensure the microscopic accuracy and long-term wear resistance of the cavities.
