The mold design includes components such as the pouring system, forming parts, lateral ejector mechanism, ejection system, and cooling and exhaust system. The cavity accuracy can be controlled within ±0.03mm, ensuring stable tray size and a solid structure.
For complex-structured trays (such as plastic trays with built-in steel pipes), the mold adopts multi-directional ejector designs like "large slider + hydraulic cylinder" and "inclined guide pillar + large slider", effectively solving the ejection problem in the inverted area. The mold is equipped with a hot runner system, combined with a balanced gate design, ensuring uniform filling of molten plastic (such as HDPE, PP, etc.) and enabling the one-time formation of complex structures such as tray panels, reinforcing ribs, and foot positions.
The molded plastic trays have characteristics such as impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning. Their dynamic load capacity can reach 1.5-3 tons, and the static load capacity can reach 4-6 tons. The service life can exceed 5-10 years.
