This eliminates cold materials and flow marks from the source, ensuring the welding strength of pipe fittings, especially those with complex structures such as elbows and trisets, and meeting the requirements of long-term static hydraulic testing. 
Regarding the crystallization shrinkage characteristics of PPR, the mold cooling system has been optimized through simulation to achieve uniform and efficient mold temperature control, ensuring stable pipe dimensions, precise roundness, and guaranteeing the tightness of the hot-melt socket connection. The ejection system is designed smoothly to avoid white deformation during ejection.
