By circulating cooling media to rapidly dissipate heat, these channels significantly boost mass production efficiency while preventing sink marks in thick-walled areas like the bottom reinforcement ribs.

It is worth mentioning that with the rise of environmental awareness and smart logistics, single-sided pallet molds are also evolving towards lightweight and functional designs. To respond to the green manufacturing call of "weight reduction without quality loss," mold designers utilize parametric modeling for iterative optimization.
